To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. You will also need to upload a copy of your player's Birth Certificate in a PDF or JPG format.  Birth certificates are stored securely in VGFP's back-office within Sports Engine which is PC1 Compliant platform.

Online processing fees of (3.25% + $1.25) per payment will be added to the total of each sale.

 

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you register more than one player in your family, you will receive a $25.00 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. For the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all your players are registered within the same order.

SNACK BAR SHIFT

Each parent or guardian is required to work one shift per player registered. A $1 charge will be added to your registration total and the pending charge of $74 will be canceled (within 3 business days) upon completion of your shift. If you do not fulfill your snack bar shift the remaining $74 will be charged to you on May 20, 2023. 

BUY OUT SNACK BAR

Don't want to do the snack bar shift? We offer the option of buying out of your shift for $100. 

 

RAFFLE TICKET FUNDRAISER

At registration, a $50 charge will be added to the registration fees for Raffle tickets. They can be kept for either personal gain or sold to friends and family for $10 each to recoup your costs. A raffle ticket will be chosen every day we have games scheduled. Your ticket could win up to $200!
