2026 Spring Registration

SPRING REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Registration Information

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. You will also need to upload a copy of your player's Birth Certificate in a PDF or JPG format.  Birth certificates are stored securely in VGFP's back-office within Sports Engine which is PC1 Compliant platform.

Payment plan is available (no early bird discount given)

2026 Spring Season Registration Fees

 

BlastBall (Co-Ed, Age 3 & 4)

  • Flat Fee: $125.00 / no additional discount
  • Includes: Jersey only
  • Schedule: 1 game per week (no weekday practice unless coach opts in)
  • No Cash Calendar Raffle
  • No Snack Bar requirement

Additional Info

  • Snack Bar Deposit:
    • $60 refundable after 2 completed shifts
    • OR $100 optional buy-out
    • Failure to work shifts = $40 additional fee end of season
  • Cash Calendar:
    • $50 charge (5 tickets to sell for $10 each)
    • Raffle held 2x weekly — win up to $200
  • Processing Fee: 3.25% + $1.25 per payment
  • Family Discount: $25 off each additional child ( blast ball not included)
    (Must register all children in one transaction)
 

Refund Policy

  • 100% (minus $35 fee) before Skills Evaluations (Jan)
  • 50% after Skills through Opening Day
  • 0% after Opening Day

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you register more than one player in your family, you will receive a $25.00 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. For the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family's Discount rates. ***

SNACK BAR SHIFT

Each parent or guardian is required to work two shifts per player registered. A $60 charge will be added to your registration total which will be refunded after the shifts are fulfilled. If you do not complete the shifts at $40 charge will be added at the end of the season.

Snack Bar Buy-out

Don't want to do the snack bar shift? We offer the option of buying out of your shift for $100. 

RAFFLE TICKET FUNDRAISER

At registration, a $50 charge will be added to the registration fees for Raffle tickets. They can be kept for either personal gain or sold to friends and family for $10 each to recoup your costs. A raffle ticket will be chosen every day we have games scheduled. Your ticket could win up to $200!

Please note that the age eligibility criteria for each division have been updated in accordance with USA Softball regulations.

Blast Ball – ( 3 and 4 Year Olds) - DOB: 09/01/20 - 08/31/23

6U - ( 5.0, and 6.0 Year Olds) - DOB: 09/01/18 - 08/31/20

8U- (7.0 and 8.0 Year Olds) - DOB: 09/01/16 - 08/31/18

10U- (9.0 and 10.0 Year Olds) - DOB: 09/01/14 - 08/31/16

12U - (11.0 and 12.0 Year Olds) - DOB: 09/01/12 - 08/31/14

14U - (13.0 and 14.0 Year Olds) - DOB: 09/01/11 - 08/31/13
