2025 Player Registration is Now Open!

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. You will also need to upload a copy of your player's Birth Certificate in a PDF or JPG format.  Birth certificates are stored securely in VGFP's back-office within Sports Engine which is PC1 Compliant platform.

6U: $200.00 Registration + $50.00 Cash Calendar +  Snack Bar Buy Out Options

8U - 14U: $250.00 Registration + $50.00 Cash Calendar + Snack Bar Buy Out Options

**Regular Registration November 16, 2024 - December 15, 2024**

6U: $225.00 Registration + $50.00 Cash Calendar + Snack Bar Buy Out Options

8U - 14U: $275.00 Registration + $50.00 Cash Calendar + Snack Bar Buy Out Options

**Late Registration December 16, 2024 - January 02, 2025**

6U: $250.00 Registration + $50.00 Cash Calendar + Snack Bar Buy Out Options

8U - 14U: $300.00 Registration + $50.00 Cash Calendar + Snack Bar Buy Out Options

PROCESSING FEE

Online processing fees of (3.25% + $1.25) per payment will be added to the total of each sale.

 

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you register more than one player in your family, you will receive a $25.00 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. For the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all your players are registered within the same order.

SNACK BAR SHIFT

Each parent or guardian is required to work two shifts per player registered. A $60 charge will be added to your registration total which will be refunded after the shifts are fulfilled. If you do not complete the shifts at $40 charge will be added at the end of the season.

Snack Bar Buy-out

Don't want to do the snack bar shift? We offer the option of buying out of your shift for $100. 

 

RAFFLE TICKET FUNDRAISER

At registration, a $50 charge will be added to the registration fees for Raffle tickets. They can be kept for either personal gain or sold to friends and family for $10 each to recoup your costs. A raffle ticket will be chosen every day we have games scheduled. Your ticket could win up to $200!
